World Environment Day 2025 | Youth in Action for the SDGs
In collaboration with Dr. B. Lal Institute of Biotechnology, The National Academy of Sciences - India, Rajasthan Chapter, Rajasthan Education Department and Rajasthan Forestry & wildlife Training Institute.

This World Environment Day, we flipped the script.
No top-down lectures. No passive audiences.
Just one goal: empower youth to lead real change.

We were honoured to have Shailaja Deval, Chief Conservator of Forests & Director at RFWTI, and Prof. Nirmal Lohiya, NASI Senior Scientist as our Chief Guest.

Our youth Panel, moderated by Dr. Sudipti Arora, featured:
Ram Raika – Educator empowering street children through Sadak Kinare Wala School
Ashay Shrivasstav Shrivastav – Sustainability advocate building grassroots eco-awareness
Harsh Tiwari – CEO, Bindi International, enabling digital learning in remote areas
Savi Shekhawat –  13-year-old climate activist cycling door-to-door to protect Dol Ka Badh forest and raise environmental awareness.

The day also featured an insightful and engaging SDG activity led by Dr. Sudipti Arora where participants co-created youth-led action plans rooted in innovation, empathy, and sustainability.
